This covered and screened porch addition seemlessly integrates with this beautiful Harpers Ferry home in craftsmanship and aesthetic. Custom ceder meets luxury decking for a modern yet livable space.

Featuring plumbing, electric, and three range vents for the owner’s (to be installed) custom grills, this carefully crafted space will be a peaceful retreat to all who dine beneath its shade.

Lucid Improvement delivered a truly stunning addition to our house! My wife and I hired Montgomery for what I thought would just be a simple deck with a roof and yet in taking through the design process, which Montgomery was a part of and helped with every step of the way, it became so much more and something I never dreamed would turn out so beautifully. He was respectful of my time for the entire build, made to sure to keep the site as clean as possible for a construction zone, and has a high standard of what he delivers. Even if he could have cut corners in a couple of spots he didn't because he knew it wasn't right. We couldn't be happier with what he built for us, and we will absolutely be reaching out to Lucid for future projects.

Taking inspiration from our customer’s clear design vision, we turned a dark storage area into a bright and inviting living extension of their home.

This project featured a bedroom, lounge area, half bath, small kitchenette, and pellet stove, replete with closets and built in bookshelves.

Montgomery turned our unfinished basement into a beautiful living space! He had great ideas along the way to make it even better than what we had thought. He cares about the details and goes the extra mile to do a quality job the first time. I also appreciated how clean they left the work site every evening so we didn’t have to worry about our kids stepping on a nail or tracking sawdust through the whole house!
